Event Overview

The conference, named HR Tech Abu Dhabi, is organised in partnership with the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) and the ADNEC Group. It will be the first edition of the global HR Tech series to be held in the region.

The event will centre on the future of work, employee development, recruitment and the expanding use of AI within human‑resources functions. It will also offer a forum for government bodies and private enterprises to explore new technologies that could enhance workplace performance and improve employee experiences.

Programme and Exhibitions

Discussions will cover the application of AI in HR, workforce planning, talent development and digital transformation. An exhibition will showcase technologies designed to support HR departments and help organisations manage their workforces more effectively.

The gathering will bring together international experts and technology firms to share ideas on preparing employees for evolving job requirements.

Leadership Perspectives

Ibrahim Nassir, Undersecretary of DGE, said developing talent and improving digital skills remain important priorities for Abu Dhabi. He explained that the event would allow government and private‑sector organisations to learn from international experiences and explore practical solutions for the future workplace. He added, “The launch of HR Tech Abu Dhabi is an important step in advancing global dialogue on the future of work and HR technology.”

Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC Group, noted that hosting the event would create opportunities for knowledge‑sharing and business partnerships. Simon Foster, Group CEO of ARC Network, observed that the launch reflects the growing importance of the Gulf region in discussions about the future of work and said the event would connect regional organisations with international experts and technology providers.

HR Tech has organised international events for more than three decades, with established programmes in the United States, Europe and Asia. Its worldwide gatherings attract roughly 14,000 HR professionals from over 100 countries and feature more than 500 technology providers. The Abu Dhabi edition will mark the series’ debut in the Middle East.

HR Tech Abu Dhabi is scheduled for November 2027 at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Further details on speakers, exhibitors, registration and the full programme will be announced in the coming months.
