ADIPEC 2026 in Abu Dhabi set to draw 239,000 visitors from over 170 countries
ADIPEC 2026 will take place in Abu Dhabi from 2 to 5 November, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and hosted by ADNOC at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The event is expected to welcome 239,000 visitors from more than 170 countries, alongside over 2,250 exhibitors, 1,800 speakers and 30 country pavilions.
Chairman Abdulmunim Saif Al Kindy said the gathering occurs at a pivotal moment for global energy, noting increasing vulnerability to disruption and rising demand, and stressed the need for greater supplies, advanced technology investment and partnerships to meet those needs.
He added that ADIPEC’s growth reinforces Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a trusted hub for business, investment and international dialogue, especially as market uncertainty heightens the value of such platforms for stakeholder cooperation and opportunity building.
Key Participants and Investment Focus
The exhibition will host leading regional energy and industrial firms including ADNOC, XRG, Masdar, TAQA, Mubadala Energy, AIQ, Borouge, Fertiglobe and Bapco Energies, joined by international players such as Shell, BP, TotalEnergies, Eni, Equinor, SLB, Baker Hughes, Siemens Energy, GE Vernova and Microsoft.
Growing international investment in the UAE’s energy sector reflects the region’s important role in the global energy system. Through companies such as ADNOC, XRG, Masdar and Mubadala Energy, the UAE is strengthening its global presence across natural gas, chemicals, renewable energy and energy infrastructure. These investments are helping deepen international partnerships and advance projects that connect regional capabilities with global demand.
Mohammed Al Aryani, Head of XRG’s International Gas Platform, noted that building secure and resilient energy systems requires partnerships linking resources, infrastructure and customers across markets, and explained that XRG combines disciplined finance, long‑term capital and sector expertise to invest in gas, chemicals and infrastructure alongside local and international partners.
