PureCS and Dell Technologies Announce Cybersecurity Partnership to Boost UAE Defence
PureCS, based in Abu Dhabi, and Dell Technologies have signed an agreement to provide advanced cybersecurity services to government bodies and private companies throughout the United Arab Emirates.
The partnership aims to enable organisations to detect cyber threats earlier, respond to security incidents more quickly and safeguard sensitive data from possible breaches.
Service Offerings and Delivery Model
Under the deal, Dell Technologies will utilise PureCS’s Security Operations Centre in Abu Dhabi to deliver cybersecurity solutions across the country.
PureCS, which operates under the PureHealth umbrella, specialises in digital infrastructure and cybersecurity services.
As part of the collaboration, the firms will introduce managed detection and response (MDR) and extended detection and response (XDR) capabilities.
These technologies allow organisations to monitor their computer systems, spot suspicious activity and intervene before a cyberattack can cause serious harm.
The services will be provided from PureCS’s Abu Dhabi-based security centre, blending Dell’s global cybersecurity expertise with locally operated infrastructure.
The alliance also seeks to help organisations protect essential services and maintain the security of their digital operations.
Executive Comments on Digital Transformation
Rashed Humaid Al Neyadi, Chief Operating Officer of PureCS, said cybersecurity is growing in importance as more government services and businesses shift to digital platforms.
He added that protecting sensitive information and core systems is essential for organisations to continue operating safely.
He said, “As the UAE accelerates its digital transformation, the ability to protect critical systems, sensitive data and essential services is becoming increasingly important.”
Al Neyadi noted that the partnership will let organisations benefit from international cybersecurity expertise while retaining access to locally delivered services.
Walid Yehia, Managing Director of Dell Technologies UAE, stated that the agreement will give organisations stronger defence against increasingly complex cyber threats.
He explained that PureCS’s local knowledge and infrastructure will help bolster cybersecurity services nationwide.
Market Context and Growth Outlook
The agreement comes amid rising demand for cybersecurity services across the Middle East.
According to research firm MarketsandMarkets, the region’s cybersecurity market is projected to grow from $18.56 billion in 2026 to $29.39 billion by 2031.
This reflects an approximate annual growth rate of 9.6 percent.
As UAE organisations increase their use of artificial intelligence and other digital technologies, the companies said stronger cybersecurity measures will be required to protect information and keep essential services running.
The partnership is intended to support the UAE’s digital transformation by enabling businesses and government entities to operate more securely.
